1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Junbo Chinese online ordering service at junbochinese.com("Service"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms. These terms do not affect any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

2. Placing an order

By submitting an order through the Service, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items at the displayed prices. Your order is confirmed only upon successful payment processing, at which point you will receive an order confirmation number.

Menu items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, we will contact you or provide a suitable alternative at the time of collection.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your order will not be prepared until payment is confirmed. We do not store your payment card details.

4. Collection

Orders must be collected in person from Highpoint Shopping Centre, Level 3 Foodcourt, 120-200 Rosamond Road, Maribyrnong, VIC 3032. You will be notified when your order is ready. Orders not collected within a reasonable time may be disposed of, and no refund will be issued in those circumstances unless required by ACL.

5. Allergens and dietary requirements

We take reasonable care to accommodate allergen and dietary requests indicated in your special instructions. However, our kitchen handles a range of ingredients including nuts, gluten, dairy, sesame, shellfish, eggs, and soy.

We cannot guarantee that any menu item is free from allergens or cross-contamination. Customers with severe or life-threatening allergies must contact the restaurant directly before placing an order and should not rely solely on this ordering system.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Once an order has been accepted and preparation has begun, cancellation is generally not possible. If you have concerns about your order, please speak with staff at the time of collection.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by these terms. If a product is not of acceptable quality, is not fit for its intended purpose, or does not match its description, you may be entitled to a remedy under the ACL. 7. Service availability

The Service operates during our published opening hours. We reserve the right to pause ordering at any time due to high demand, technical issues, or at the discretion of management. Where an order cannot be fulfilled after payment, a full refund will be processed.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of this Service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive losses.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantee or right that cannot be excluded or limited under Australian law, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
